Our services are scoped according to each client’s specific requirements and delivered with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. While we strive to provide suitable and capable talent, final hiring decisions and performance management remain the responsibility of the client.

Confidentiality

We take client and candidate confidentiality seriously. All information shared with NexusWaze Pte. Ltd. during the engagement or hiring process will be treated with strict confidentiality.

We follow industry best practices and comply with applicable data protection laws in Singapore to ensure the secure handling of sensitive data. Information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Fee Structure and Payment Terms

Clients engaging NexusWaze Pte. Ltd. agree to the fee structure outlined in their respective service agreements or written proposals.

Fees are invoiced based on the agreed terms and must be settled within the payment timeline stated in the agreement. Late or non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

While NexusWaze Pte. Ltd. aims to match clients with qualified, reliable remote talent, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, results, or candidate success.

Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
